There is always a story behind

I love different people, different places and different things. They enrich me and make me curious. Every person has his history, a puzzle of choices, friendships, moments of memories, meetings and decisions. 

I want to share my stories, those I've heard and my own. I want to build a platform for beautiful things created by artistic and curious people who want to share their stories through SignD in the form of outstanding objects.

It is not just form and function that defines an object. A lot of objects are designed with a clear meaning and an ambition to tell a story. I want to share these amazing stories.

Things are not just things. They have different meanings for different people depending on experience, knowledge and curiosity.

Curiosity is not governed by money, knowledge, where you come from, or education. It´s gift and one of our most important qualities. The gift to discover what interests us and makes us want to know more about people, places, cultures, architecture, food, drinks and life. 

To explore new things and to be interested in other people gives you a richer life. Welcome with an open mind. I hope to see you in a chapter soon.

We will show and sell items with stories worth spreading. It can be an art work, lighting, time pieces or a design object. It´s not that important. We show what matters. As long there´s a story behind. It can be immediate, or it may develop over time, like a new friendship. As we get to know the objects it will transform into friendship, signed by the artist, with his passion and history.

Our aim is to create long-term relationships with designers, or to an item made by them. They may be our friends since a long time, it can also be a new friendship. They all have different expressions and temperaments. But with one thing in common. They want to tell you a story. About themselves or their objects.
